I hereby declare and agree that Bright Vision for Student Services is my sole and exclusive representative for submitting my documents to universities in Malaysia. I agree not to engage with or use the services of any other agent or agency for this purpose.

I hereby declare and agree that all the information and documents I provide to Bright Vision for Student Services are accurate, true, and authentic. I understand that providing false or misleading information can result in the rejection of my application and other legal consequences.

I agree to comply with all procedures and requirements set forth by Bright Vision for Student Services, including but not limited to submitting necessary documents on time, attending scheduled appointments, and responding promptly to any requests for additional information.

I understand that Bright Vision for Student Services will assist me in processing my visa application and provide the necessary guidance. I agree to follow all instructions and provide all required documents to facilitate this process.

I consent to undergo any required medical examinations as part of the registration process. Additionally, I agree to coordinate with Bright Vision for Student Services for my airport pick-up and transportation to the designated location in Malaysia.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to stay informed about the progress of my application and to keep in regular contact with Bright Vision for Student Services. I understand that any delays or issues arising from my failure to comply with these terms are my responsibility.

I understand that Bright Vision for Student Services will handle my personal information with confidentiality and will only share it with relevant authorities and institutions as necessary for the application and registration process.

I agree to adhere to all policies and regulations of the university to which I am applying. I understand that Bright Vision for Student Services is not responsible for any consequences resulting from my failure to comply with university policies.
